Directions to Augustana Campus

Arriving on Interstate 80 from the East
Continue on 80 West as it changes to Interstate 280/74 West. Exit Interstate 74 West for approximately 1/2 mile. Exit 4A John Deere Expressway/ Highway 5 West. Turn right on 38th Street in Rock Island. (Use Rock Valley Plaza and K-Mart store on left-hand side of Highway 5 as landmarks.) Travel 38th Street until you see the first "Augustana College" sign. Continue traveling 38^th Street to 7^th Avenue and turn left (West) on 7^th Avenue. Centennial Hall and parking lot will be on the right (North) side of 7^th Avenue.

Arriving on Interstate 88 from the East
Continue on 88 West as it changes to Highway 5. Travel Highway 5 (John Deere Expressway) to 38th Street in Rock Island. Warning: There is a 38th Street in Moline but do not turn there! Use Rock Valley Plaza and K-Mart store on left-hand side of Highway 5 as landmarks. Turn right on 38th Street, and travel until you see the first "Augustana College" sign. Continue traveling 38^th Street to 7^th Avenue and turn left (West) on 7^th Avenue. Centennial Hall and parking lot will be on the right (North) side of 7^th Avenue.

Arriving on Interstate 74 from the East
Follow signs for Interstate 74 West. Exit 4A John Deere Expressway/Highway 5 West. Turn right on 38th Street in Rock Island. (Use Rock Valley Plaza and K- Mart store on left-hand side of Highway 5 as landmarks.) Travel 38th Street until you see the first "Augustana College" sign. Continue traveling 38^th Street to 7^th Avenue and turn left (West) on 7^th Avenue. Centennial Hall and parking lot will be on the right (North) side of 7^th Avenue.

Arriving on Interstate 80 from Iowa
Exit Interstate 280 East. Cross Mississippi and Exit Highway 92 East to Rock Island. Turn right on 31st Avenue and continue to 38th Street and turn left. Travel 38th Street until you see the first "Augustana College" sign. Continue traveling 38^th Street to 7^th Avenue and turn left (West) on 7^th Avenue. Centennial Hall and parking lot will be on the right (North) side of 7^th Avenue.

Arriving on Highway 61 from the North
Follow Highway 61 South through Davenport until you reach Fourth Street (which is a one way to the right). Turn right and go four blocks to Gaines Street. Turn left on Gaines Street and travel across the Centennial Bridge into Illinois. Go straight off the bridge until you reach 5th Avenue (which is a one way to the left). Turn left and proceed to campus. As you approach the campus you will see the football field on your right. 5th Avenue will bend to the right, just past the football field, turn right (West) on to 7^th Avenue at the light. Continue traveling 38^th Street to 7^th Avenue and turn left (West) on 7^th Avenue. Centennial Hall and parking lot will be on the right (North) side of 7^th Avenue.

To reach the Northern Illinois Synod Rock Island office you will follow the above directions to reach 7^th Avenue. Once on 7^th Avenue heading West you will travel 7^th Avenue to 34^th Street, turn left (South), travel approximately 1/2 block up the hill, turn right (East) into alley. Travel short distance and turn left into Parking Lot H. The "Lutheran House" is the large two-story white home in the west corner of the lot.
