 The Northern Illinois Synod offers new mission-planning and leadership resources to all synod congregations and leaders at Link2Lead.com. These resources—made possible through funding from the Northern Illinois Synod Outreach Committee and generous gifts from First Lutheran, Moline and St. Paul Lutheran, Dixon—offer numerous tools for supporting and expanding your congregational ministries.

Link2Lead.com is designed to provide your congregation with ongoing access to practical resources, some of which will be available only through the Web site, including:

iChange & iLeadType—Interactive surveys assessing a person’s response to change and characteristics of their leadership style.

10-Facts Series Reports—What changes are projected to take place in your area during the next five years? What are some faith facts about people in your area? Instant demographic information for any zip code you select.

MinistryMatch—Would you like to know how your congregation’s programs match up to the interests of people living in your community? Compare your program list to the likely church program preferences in your community and produce a complimentary zip code MinistryMatch report.
