Women Leaders of the Synod are invited to the annual Women Leaders' Retreat, January 21-22, 2008 at Bishop Lane Retreat Center in Rockford. This year's title is Breathe-Sing-Pray: Conversations with God Through Sound and Movement with keynote speaker Mary Preus. Cost is $85, which includes a private room with bath and four meals. Mid-Winter Convocation Focuses on Heart, Mind and Spirit. In today's world, what does it mean to engage Scripture in the Lutheran tradition?
