Come to a trio of special events at Santa Cruz Lutheran Church, Joliet this weekend:
 Friday, Sept. 12 will be the semi-annual Lutheran Hispanic Ministry Encuentro on , from 9am until 5pm, sponsored by Santa Cruz Lutheran Church and the Bilingual Ministry Resource Center, Joliet. Find out more on the NIS Events page.
One of the Midwest's largest parades in celebration of Mexican Independence takes place on Saturday, Sept. 13 at 1pm just blocks from the church.
A festive bilingual Eucharist for el Día de la Santa Cruz will be celebrated on Sunday, Sept. 14 at 11am, with a complimentary lunch to follow.

The ELCA has faithful campus pastors, chaplains, and parish pastors that serve colleges and universities in Illinois and throughout the US. Support the young adults in your congregation by sending a list of their names and the school they are attending to Pr. Diane Dardon who will pass their names on to the appropriate campus pastors. You can offer support from the church to your young adults wherever they may be!

Money Leadership: Your Life With Money is an interactive online study course developed to help pastors and members increase their knowledge about money and how it works. Beginning Sept. 15, participants will learn about the relationship between money and faith, and examine their own behaviors. Find out more
