take it nowHow would you like to earn $100 in 30 minutes? While it's true the 2009 Mayo Clinic Health Assessment is open until Sept. 30, it's also true that you should take it by March 29.  The savings to the synod and individual congregations will be retroactive to January 1 IF we reach the 75% by March 29. As of Feb. 28, 57 people have taken the assessment. We need 150 more people to do so to reach 75%. ELCA-primary plan members and eligible spouses with this benefit, take the confidential Mayo Clinic Health Assessment today. Earn the $100 personal wellness account credit and  help all of the congregations and organizations in our synod earn a 2% discount on ELCA health contributions for all of 2009. Access the assessment at www.elcaforwellness.org .
