Walking TogetherELCA Disaster Response partners in Haiti have survived the quake and are already working to serve the people of Haiti.
Your help is needed today to bring immediate relief and continued hope for our brothers and sisters in Haiti. About 3 million people, one-third of Haiti's population, were affected by this earthquake.
One hundred percent of your donation will be used for the relief efforts in Haiti.

ELCA World Hunger Bulletin - In the aftermath of the 7.0 earthquake which rocked Haiti on Tuesday, churches, schools, homes, hospitals and the National Palace have collapsed and countless lives lost.
ELCA World Hunger, ELCA Global Mission and The Lutheran World Federation are working right now to coordinate our response to the devastating earthquake in Haiti. There is developing information on the ELCA Disaster Response website (www.elca.org/disaster) that will be updated regularly with more information as it becomes available. You can make a financial gift now to support the ELCA's response efforts in Haiti at WWW.ELCA.ORG/DISASTER. 100% percent of your gift will be designated for the Haitian response.

Fast Facts - January 11 was National Human Trafficking Awareness Day. Human trafficking often is the result of hunger and poverty. An estimated 27 million people are enslaved around the world today - that's more than the population of 18 States - or more than the population of New York and Virginia combined.  Women and children are especially vulnerable.  To learn more, visit http://www.castla.org/key-stats .
