Wholeness Wheel - Physical Well-Being

"Being physically active has been important to me for most of my life. As I’ve exercised over the years, I’ve found it important to change my workout so I don’t get bored. Last fall I decided to meet with a personal trainer to get some ideas for how to change my routine. Not only did I get some great help, but she also invited me to work out with the firefighters in our town who she trains. The exercising is great, I’ve met some good people, and it’s a terrific way to witness to others."
