Crossroads: Discerning Your Next Faithful Steps in Ministry is a roadmap of resources developed by the Northern Illinois Synod to support congregations as they clarify their purpose, rediscover their calling, and faithfully imagine their future.
Congregations are encouraged to sign up to be part of this fall’s cohort that includes working with a Discernment Copilot and joining with others in a time of mutual learning and growing. Through the generosity of a donor, grants are available to help congregations offset the cost of a Discernment Copilot.
Crossroads is designed for all congregations – not just congregations that are in transition, but for any congregation that is looking for a place to start going deeper.
